Abstract

Recently, adverse reactions following exposure to diverse chemicals(photosensitizers) and light have been increasing in incidence.
Exposure to these photosensitizers has occurred through various sources including therapeutic agents, cosmetics, food preservatives household industrial & agricultural products.
many individuals, for social & recreational purposes, have exposured themselves to more total hours of sunlight each years; in this part, it was discussed the some aspect of clinical features, mechanisms mediating drug photosensitivity and photo protection against ultraviolet & vis Ne solar Radiation
